Asset Management

Heidi Ridley

Heidi Ridley: Heidi Ridley is Co-founder and CEO of Radiant Global Investors. She majored in economics and attended University of California at Santa Barbara, University of California at Berkeley and holds Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University of California, Berkeley; Executive Education Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business; CFA Charterholder since 1998. Heidi first spent 10 years at Montgomery Asset Management, the asset management arm of an investment bank as an assistant/junior analyst and left as a partner of the firm. After a little more than 2 years with Wells Fargo Funds Management Group heading up product development and marketing, she spent 18 years with Rosenberg Equities (a global quantitative asset management firm) in a variety of roles which were mainly distribution, product and marketing focused culminating in 7 years as COO and Chief of Staff and the final 3 years as Global CEO before leaving in 2020 to start her own asset management firm, Radiant Global Investors. For most of Heidi’s career in asset management she has been in leadership roles, driving business strategy, managing and leading teams and being an externally facing ambassador. A position in the financial services industry was planned; Heidi did not have a clear direction on what she wanted to pursue in terms of a career following college. “Always be your best advocate.  If you don't always have the confidence, fake it until you make it.  Confidence in yourself instills confidence from others. Adaptability and flexibility are important--at the same time, remain true to yourself…authenticity is key!  Be empathetic to others, acknowledge your weaknesses and play into your strengths.  If you have the mindset that "Failure is not an option" (not in terms of an inability to make mistakes but rather resilience and the concept of never giving up), it allows you to tap into something much more deep when you need to.” For more information contact Heidi Ridley heidi@radiantinvestors.com

Jennie Klein

Jennie Klein: Jennie Klein is in Finance in Asset Management at Radiant Global Investors and started my career as an auditor at KPMG. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Certified Public Accountant at San Francisco State University. Jennie believes finance and operations for asset management firms is best for individuals who are analytical and technical as well as enjoy working with people. “If you have a passion in a specific area, go for it! Keep an open mind and don't be afraid to make mistakes.  More than 50% of people end up working in a field that they did not study in college.” For more information contact Jennie Klein jennie@radiantinvestors.com
